Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges permitted on the day of the show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
There is no gum, food, or drink permitted in the HPAC.
The lobby and ticket booth opens one hour prior to the event.
Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to the event.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hastings Performing Arts Center).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
